Terms and Conditions

Cancellation policy

Cancellation must be received at least two ( 2 ) hours prior to pick up time. All early morning pickups (pickups before 7:00am) must be cancelled at least 8 hours prior.

Waiting Time

If customer will be late on his pickup time he has to contact the driver or the office, so we could consider waiting time charge. First 10 minutes is free and each additional minute is $1 for Sedans, $2 for Minivans.

Lost & found

Condor Taxi is not responsible for:

  • Loss or damage to luggage.
  • Carry-on items that may be damaged in transit.
  • Cash, jewelry and computers.
  • Items left in vehicles.

Agreement & Liability

There is no smoking and drinking alcohol beverages in any Condor Taxi vehicle. Any passenger found smoking in the vehicle will be asked to extinguish the cigar/cigarette, and Customer will be subject to a $100 charge for each incident. In the event of any physical damage to the taxi caused by Customer or any passenger, there will be a minimum additional charge of $300.00 for the repair and/or cleaning of the limousine. This includes anyone getting sick in the taxi. Decision as to the unusual use or wear of the vehicle rests with Condor Taxi solely, and its experience as to the general use of hired taxis. Customer is fully responsible for the repair and/or replacement of any part of the vehicle harmed by any passenger.
